As the Autumn rolls, so does the cooler beach weather. If you’re one for cooler beach weather, then this season is for you. But where to? We have found three cozy get-aways to satisfy this Autumn’s beach fix! Here they are:
Jekyll Island, Georgia

Jekyll Island sits in the upper 70’s and low 80’s this time of year. You can visit the Georgia Sea Turtle Center, the state’s only rehabilitation center for the creatures! Jekyll Island is great on the beach front, too. You can check out Glory Beach, with its expansive and pristine beaches. Or, if you are looking for a spooky beach on halloween, check out Driftwood Beach for a trip!
Carmel Beach, California

On the Pacific side we had to mention Carmel Beach. Coming in on the cooler side of the Autumn, sitting in the low 70’s, Carmel Beach has activities for the whole family with killer views. Check out their many, many cultural activities, or join them in mindfulness exercises on the beach.
Clearwater, Florida

How could we not mention Clearwater on an Autumn beach list? Staying in the mid 80’s for a majority of the seasons, Clearwater’s boardwalks and beaches are best enjoyed this time of year. Several notable attractions include dolphin watching, the Moccasin Lake Nature Park, or any of their amazing beaches. Better still, they have provided a handful of COVID-19 related resources online to ensure a safe visit.
